• The freezer will be stocked according to your wishes
• All groups of your institute may participate in the freezer system
• All products will be provided as consignment stock and will only be billed after you have withdrawn them from the freezer
• At least once a year the stock in your freezer will be exchanged, inventoried and actualized
• The freezer is lockable and will be supplied with a lock and key(s). We recommend you to choose one person responsible for the freezer, as well as a substitute person, who will be in charge of handing out and restocking the products. Products withdrawn will be charged seperately to every single customer in accordance with the withdrawal protocol
